Coir FINE PRECISION block Tropicoir Orchid potting media

Precision Coir has been designed for use in applications where a finer product is required, therefore Precision has been screened to remove the longer fibres. The end product is a fine, consistent coir pith which is friable and suitable for applications such as cell tray filling and fine potting. It has a high CEC that promotes healthy, robust root growth.
Precision Coir is a 100% natural, organic material and is a very stable product. You can depend on the quality and consistency of Precision Coir for the precise standards required in successful propagation.

Hydration

Coir will need approximately 8 litres of water per kilogram of coir to fully hydrate. It is this process that expands the compressed coir up to its potential. After that point, the coir should remain expanded then for the life of the plant growing.
